Cauliflower soup
Ingredients:
• Broccoli – 2 (almost minced)
• Low-fat milk – 2 cups
• Oil – 1 tsp
• 2 tablespoons celery (minced finely chopped)
• Onion – 1 cup (finely chopped)
• Ground black pepper and salt as desired

Heat the oil in a pan and reduce the onion for 2 minutes. Add cauliflower to it. Saute for 3-4 minutes. Now, pour the milk and half a glass of water into the pan. Mix well and cook for 10 minutes stirring. Let it cool completely. Then mix the mixture until smooth. Now, pour the mixture into the pan and add celery, pepper, salt and half a glass of water. Cook for 2 minutes after mixing well. Continue stirring the soup. Serve immediately and consume while still warm.

Ingredients:
• Oil – 1 tsp
• Garlic – 2 tsp (minced finely chopped)
• Rolled oats – 2 tbsp
• Troubled vegetables (cauliflower, carrots and French beans) – 1 cup (boiled and finely chopped)
• Onions – 1/4 cup (finely chopped)
• Coriander – 2 tbsp (chopped)
• Salt and pepper to taste

First, heat the oil in a pan. Add garlic and onion and fry for a few minutes over medium heat. Now, add mixed vegetables to it. Pour three glasses of water into the pan and add salt and pepper. • Dry red pepper flakes – 1/4 tsp
• Low-fat milk – 1/4 cup
