Scientists Explain Why Women Should Stop Wearing Bras
Most women wear their bra without even thinking about it because they have been told since puberty that they should wear it. However, what is the actual purpose of the bra that does not make women more socially acceptable in the workplace or at school? Women’s bras have been marketed as a way to help relieve back pain, raise breasts, and provide additional support.
While bras may serve as a target for exercise, wearing them all the time can do more harm than good. In this article, we’ll explain why upsetting may be one of the best decisions you’ve ever made.
For this reason women should stop wearing bras:
Professor Jean-Denis Roelane, from the University Center of the University Hospital in France, conducted a study on why women do not need to have a bra. According to his study, bras do not enjoy any medical or anatomical benefits for women. In fact, it is found that the bras do exactly the opposite of what is marketed to do – they cause the breasts to decline and prevent them from growing.
In the study, 330 volunteers aged 18 to 35 were measured over 15 years. The women who took Brazilias were raising their nipples seven millimeters each year, refuting the idea that the breasts would be sewn without a bra. Also, women who did not wear a bra had less stretch marks than women who wore a bra. In addition, their breasts were actually stronger than women who wore bras.
This study contrasts perfectly with the advice of women who have been told all their lives. The study shows that not wearing a bra actually allows for a better position because the bra does not provide all the support. It also forces the body to develop muscles below the breasts, helping to prevent sagging and support.
In other words, without a bra, the body should actually use the stomach muscles to protect the breasts from sagging. When the bra does all the work, the muscles of the woman’s body suffer from lack of use.
In fact, a woman in the study said that after two years of not wearing a bra, she could breathe better, had a better posture, and had no back pain. This shows that what we have learned about bras is simply not true since it was marketed as a way to relieve breast and back pain in women.
Other reasons for not wearing a bra
It takes time to find the right one.
If you shop ever to buy a bras, then you are quite aware of how practical it can be. You may have tried many different sizes and could not find the right size because the bra sizes are not universal. It looks like when you go to a store to try jeans and can fit in size 8 but you can not squeeze it to size 12. You can workout dozens of bras and not find appropriate fit and waste hours in supermarkets and leave frustration and empty. This makes the shopping process more difficult for women.
